What sizes do you offer?
We offer standard UK sizing across all apparel, from XS to 2XL.
Our children’s range is available in age-based sizes from 3–13 years.
All accessories are one-size-fits-all — simply select your preferred colour and design.
If you’d like one of our designs in a size that isn’t currently available, feel free to contact us. We’d be happy to create a custom piece for you.

How do your T-shirts fit? Are they true to size?
Our T-shirts are designed to fit true to size. For the best fit, we recommend ordering your usual size, or checking our size guide if you’re unsure.
We offer two T-shirt fits:
Unisex Standard Fit – A heavier-weight tee with a looser, more relaxed fit for a modern oversized look and feel, designed to suit all genders.
Womens Classic Fit
A classic everyday fit with a straight-cut shape.
Both styles are available in sizes XS–2XL.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How do your hoodies and sweatshirts fit?
Our hoodies and sweatshirts are made with a comfortable fit for everyday wear. If you prefer a more oversized look or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Our standard sizing ranges from S–2XL. If you’re looking for a size outside of this range, feel free to get in touch — we’d be happy to arrange a custom order for you.
Do you offer Kids sizes?
Yes! Our Kids section is called “Mini Made’ and features T-shirts and Hoodies for ages 3–13
How are Made Apparel items made?
To support a more sustainable approach, all of our products are made to order rather than mass-produced. While this may mean slightly longer delivery times, it allows us to reduce waste and create high-quality pieces made especially for you.
Our Suppliers?
We work with a trusted local supplier who prints our products directly. We handle all packaging and shipping personally to keep the same quality control standards across our collections.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Within the UK, Royal Mail 24 deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 working days, while Royal Mail 48 services usually take 2–5 working days. International delivery times may vary by destination. If you’ve chosen tracked shipping, a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped
Please note: all orders are made to order and include a lead time of up to 7 days before dispatch.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
As all of our apparel is made to order, we offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges are available for items of equal value within 14 days of delivery.
To request a refund or exchange:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery
- Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase
Please note: all refunds and exchanges must be approved via email before items are returned. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
How should I wash my items?
To keep your apparel in the best condition, we recommend the following care instructions:
- Wash inside out at 30°C
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron directly over the printed design
- Hand washing is recommended as the gentlest way to preserve your garment
